- 3 Key objectives to focus on that will make you feel confident and powerful and have every Dialogue have a happy ending.
- The Connecting Stage: The right way to connect so that both you and the other person is completely comfortable.
- Why it's important, and how to put the focus on the other person right away.
TeleClass #2 – The Discovering Stage (Part 1)
The Discovering Stage really is the heart of the process and where the "sale is made".
- The 5 Different Types of Questions: What we ask, Why we ask them, When we ask them.
- Your mindset. How to make sure it works FOR YOU and not against you.
- 6 simple sources of questions.
- Role Play for ongoing class discussion.
- Listening: What to listen for.
TeleClass #3 – The Discovering (Part 2), Transitioning, Presenting Stages
- Transitioning Stage – Opening the door to presenting your solution.
- Presenting Stage – Revealing the correct features, advantages and benefits of your solution to solve the problem. Making sure you present exactly what's going to be of the greatest interest and benefit to the other person.
TeleClass #4 – Committing Stage and Addressing Concerns The final class is where I draw things together and help you bring things to a successful conclusion...
- Committing Stage Questions. Helping the other person to commit or take the next steps.
- Identifying and addressing potential partner questions, possible negative responses
- Question Time
