By using this site or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please make sure you read this section carefully and understand the terms of conditions outlined herein.

Enrollment Agreement 
I agree NOT to duplicate, record, reproduce, store in a retrieval system or transmit in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, or other, any TeleClass sessions, training materials or, give the class telephone bridge number to anyone, 3-way call anyone into the TeleClasses or allow anyone to listen to the TeleClasses as this is copyright protected information. If such a violation occurs, I understand that I will be immediately expelled from the program without refund and may incur legal repercussions at my expense.

I understand that Natural Selling Inc. reserves the right to record any TeleClass sessions and such recordings become the property of Natural Selling Inc. and may be used for commercial or promotional purposes.

Privacy Statement
Your email and name are kept completely confidential and NEVER sold or traded to ANY third party.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, click here to remove yourself from the database or please let us know by sending email to us at info@naturalselling.com and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company. We will then, to the best of our abilities, remove your e-mail address from our databases and Web site. This also includes removal from 'Naturally Speaking' Michael Oliver's Sales Tips.

Refunds and Return Policy

Products: For merchandise shipped directly from Natural Selling Inc. you may return any product in its original condition within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Teleclasses: No refunds will be made once any class has started. A full refund will be made on request by email less 10% handling and cost of any materials.

Workshops: Registrations for  workshops are transferable, but not refundable in most circumstances.
