General Questions

Are you available to work with private groups and/or to speak at events or conventions?
I am often asked by various companies and distributors to speak at conventions and events or private workshops.  In addition to my regular scheduled events I also work with specific groups in the following areas:

TeleClasses

Where do I find the phone number for the class?
The phone number, and all other details needed will be sent to you by email when you register for a class.

How do I register for a class?
Click here to register for a class.  Just pick the date and time you would like, for the class and click the register button.

How do I know what time it is in my area?
Beside each class is a box labeled "Check the time in your area". Click the box next to your class to make sure you have the correct time.

Do I need a login code to sign up for the classes?
To register for a public class you do not need a login code.  Just register as per the instructions above

Is there a toll free number to call for the class?
You will be responsible for your long distance phone charges for the class.

Newsletter

Can I change from an HTML version of the newsletter to a text version?
To change your subscription click here and enter your email address, selecting the version you would like to receive from the drop down menu

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
To unsubscribe, just click here.

I don't seem to be receiving the Natural Selling newsletter anymore, what should I do?
To make sure that Natural Selling e-zines and support emails are not filtered into your "junk" or "bulk" folder, you might need to add Natural Selling to your list of trusted senders. Here's how:

Please check out the options below...

Hotmail:
Place the domain Natural Selling in your safe list. The safe list can be accessed via the "Options" link next to the main menu tabs.

AOL:
Place the domain Natural Selling in your address book.

Yahoo! Mail:
If one of our e-zines is filtered to your 'bulk' folder, open the message and click on the "this is not Spam" link next to the "From" field.

Other providers:
If our Natural Selling newsletter is being filtered, try adding our domain from our newsletter's 'From' or 'Reply-to' address to your address book or contact list. If this option is not available, try moving the message to your 'inbox' or forwarding the message to yourself.

If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP's tech support and specifically ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from NaturalSelling.com. Follow their instructions for white listing Natural Selling.

We support fully the anti-spam measures of all mail servers and ISPs. But please do make sure that your mail server or ISP is not accidentally keeping Natural Selling information from you.

eBook (for ebooks purchased before Aug 1, 2005)

My computer doesn’t seem to work with the eBook?
Make sure you have Internet Explorer 4.0 or greater on your computer? If not, click here to download.

I can’t view the ebook?
After downloading the eBook Viewer make sure that it is installed by following the directions below.
To download the Viewer click here

To install the Viewer, please do the following:

  • Double-click the file "ebookviewer.exe"
  • Follow the directions that will appear in dialog boxes.

Result: The viewer will be installed and the file-type association will be set. You may now view any eBook document by double-clicking the eBook document file (file with an extension of .ebk).

How do I view my eBook?
Below are two ways to view your eBook

1) Drag & Drop Method
You may view eBooks (files with .ebk extensions) by dragging and dropping the .ebk file (eBook) onto the eBook Pro Viewer

2) Double-Click Method
Once you install the viewer, a file-type association is automatically set. This means that whenever you double-click on an eBook (.ebk file), the viewer will automatically launch and open that eBook.

My Viewer says it’s not compatible with the ebook?
Make sure you have the latest version of eBook Pro Viewer installed on your computer. Please check for an updated version

I am having trouble opening the eBook Viewer?
If you are having any problems with the eBook Viewer, please uninstall it from your computer. 

(To uninstall a program from your computer, click the ‘Start’ button in the bottom left corner of your screen and click the ‘Help’ button. Under the index tab, type in the word ‘uninstall’ and click ‘display’, follow the instructions given. You need to uninstall a program named "eBook Pro Viewer X.XX" where X.XX is the version number.).

After you have uninstalled the eBook Viewer, download it again. Follow the instructions above to re-install the eBook Viewer.

I have the eBook up on my screen but now it’s asking for username and password?
To begin viewing an eBook, the user must enter an activated username and password in the Registration Login box. Your username and password are in the download instructions you received when you purchased the eBook. Please keep the information in a safe place. You must be connected to the Internet to register

When I put in my username and password, it is saying the  combination is invalid.
Your username and password are case sensitive - make sure that they are entered exactly as you received them.  Also, if you have done a copy and paste, make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end.

I have gotten an error message saying "Your information was not received"
This happens when the eBook viewer is not able to write to the registry. This can be caused by anti-virus software as well as some other software.
Reboot the computer and disable virus protection for the duration of the registration. Do not start any other programs until you finish with the registration process.

I am getting an error message saying "The registration server is busy."
This is caused by a firewall on the computer that is blocking access to the registration servers. Allow access through the firewall to dynamic.ebookpro.com or turn off the firewall for the duration of the registration.

Is there a different eBook Viewer for iMac's or Mac's, I keep getting an error message when I try to view the book?
Unfortunately, we do not have a Macintosh version for the eBook Pro program. However, you can use PC emulation software to run these programs.  Click the link below for a shareware program that you can download. http://www.infamus.com/vpchelper/index.html

A message pops up that reads "eBook Pro utilizes high encryption. You must upgrade your Internet Explorer to 128 bit encryption"
When you are in Internet Explorer, click the "HELP" button on the menu bar at the top of the page.  Click the line that says "About Internet Explorer"  That will bring up a little box telling you the verison and right below that is your Cipher Strength, which is your encryption.  If it doesn't say 128-bit, then click the line next to it that says (Update Information)  This will take you to the appropriate page to download this information.

Shipping

I haven't received my product(s) yet?  How long should it take to get here?
Orders shipped to the USA

   Priority mail - 3-5 days business days for delivery.
   Media rate:  7-14  business days for delivery. 
International orders can take up to 1 - 8 weeks depending on the shipping method you choose.

I haven't received my product(s) yet and it's been longer than the shipping time should take?
If for some reason your package has gotten lost in the mail, please resend your order number, and confirm your shipping address. The product will be immediately reshipped to you upon confirmation of the details.

Will I be charged anything extra to have my product(s) shipped international?
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Refund Policy

What is your refund policy?
Products: For merchandise shipped directly from Natural Selling Inc. you may return any product in its original condition within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Teleclasses: No refunds will be made once any class has started. A full refund will be made on request by email less 10% handling and cost of any materials.

Workshops: Registrations for  workshops are transferable, but not refundable in most circumstances.
