History:

Natural Selling® was established in November 1996, based the experience of the founder in fulfilling in a need for a new shift in sales techniques that eliminate the fear of rejection and failure.

Michael Oliver began his career in sales in 1979. A few years later he discovered a method of communicating which was based on, asking people questions. These questions are specific and structured in a very meaningful and powerful way. These questions can take the meeting to a meaningful conclusion, and reveal in fact if there is a sale to be made.

If the salesperson listens carefully to the answers they will find that objection-handling and closing skills are absolutely unnecessary.
